How We Launch Your FPC
We provide an end-to-end launchpad. From mobilizing your initial members to executing complex board resolutions for matching equity allotments against government grants, we structure everything correctly from day one.
1.Organize Members & Management:Minimum 10 farmers required.
Membership: Only Indian citizens directly engaged in primary production (farmers, fishermen, artisans) qualify.
Leadership: We help you structure a Board of Directors (Minimum 5, Maximum 15) elected directly from your members. There is no minimum capital requirement to start.
2.Legal Registration:We handle the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
We secure a unique name ending in "Producer Company Limited," draft your Memorandum & Articles of Association (MoA & AoA), and file all documentation via the government portal. You will receive your Certificate of Incorporation (COI), PAN, and TAN.
3.Commence Operations & Secure Funding:
Once incorporated, we guide you through opening a corporate bank account and depositing member share capital. We file your Commencement of Business declaration within the mandatory 180 days and assist with registering for SFAC and NABARD schemes.
Funding Advantage: Eligible FPCs can secure up to ₹15 lakh in matching equity grants and a ₹1 crore credit guarantee from SFAC.
Beyond Registration: Your Compliance Shield
An FPC must adhere strictly to the Companies Act. Non-compliance risks daily fines, bank freezes, director disqualification, and the loss of all government scheme eligibility. We act as your compliance shield.
Mandatory Annual Filings
Required every year, even with zero commercial activity:
- Annual General Meeting (AGM) execution.
- Audited Financials and Annual Return filings.
- Directors' Report detailing member benefits.
- Statutory registers and board minutes maintenance.
Tax Holiday: We ensure you are structured to take advantage of the Section 80PA tax benefit, which provides a 100% tax exemption on eligible profits for 5 years (for FPCs with turnover up to ₹100 crore).

We monitor and file all structural changes within strict government deadlines:
